The components of this course include learning how to assess body composition, cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, muscular strength and muscular endurance. More specifically, you will learn how to measure heart rate, blood pressure, percent body fat and more, in your effort to correctly help your clients in their road to fitness aptitude within the Spinning® program.
