Kettlebell Blast

In this workshop you will learn various kettlebell drills for strength, endourance, power, speed, juggling and flexibility. You will explore important warm-up techniques, the basic swing and how it relates to other lifts and post kettlebell stretching. This workshop is designed to jump start your kettlebell lifting and open up a whole new world of total body conditioning.
