Golf Fitness Specialist

Train like the Pros with the GFS! Earn the preferred golf sports performance training credential of professional and amateur golfers. The NASM Golf Fitness Specialist (GFS) course and credential arms health and fitness professionals with the tools, knowledge, skills and abilities to increase strength, power, endurance and flexibility to improve overall golf performance plus the ability to recognize and assess common golf injuries to provide solutions to reduce and/or alleviate most common golf injuries.
