During this one-day course, participants learn the basics of SUPcore®, a class that combines Stand Up Paddle with Fitness and Yoga creating a hybrid training modality with limitless possibilities and unparalleled results. Participants learn proper paddle technique, safety, and effective teaching methodologies while on the water and with dry land teaching techniques. A variety of paddling drills and circuits will also be taught. After the foundation for SUP has been established, participants go on to learn a challenging SUP Fitness program and an innovative SUP yoga routine. The combination of workout movements, combined with the ‘instability factor’ of the paddleboard creates a new and exciting circuit training combining Paddling, Fitness moves and Yoga for beginners through advanced students. Trainers learn how SUPcore® provides a unique, full-body workout with a psychological ‘stick to it’ “edge” for clients because it is so much fun!
