The BTS Sales and Marketing System and the Initial and Quarterly Launch process are two areas that have tremendous ability to affect the success of Group Fitness at a facility. The Sales and Marketing System is the engine that channels existing members into Group Fitness, keeps existing Group Fitness members coming back for more, and draws new members to the club to continually increase profitability. The Initial and Quarterly Launches play a big part in this process. They provide a means of creating and renewing excitement among existing Group Fitness participants. This session is designed to give the details behind the Sales and Marketing System and outline the Launch process so that these things can be used to maximum effect in the club.
