This workshop covers the most current approach to training the torso utilizing the Body Bar. Functional Core Training exercises train the muscles both moving and stabilizing through all three planes. The goal of these exercises is to improve functional ability, control, power and grace. A comprehensive training program requires sound and effective core stabilization and dynamic core strength exercises. This workshop will discuss and explore aspects of anatomy, biomechanics, alignment, technique and progressive program design that are fundamental to properly and safely instructing a true core-conditioning workout.
