  • Do you want to learn how to maximize your earning potential? The challenge of being a full-time fitness professional is having only three times a day when most people are available to work with a trainer: early morning before work, lunchtime and after work. Another challenge is the limitation of being compensated for working with only one client at a time. In this webinar originally recorded live on March 4, 2010, Pete McCall (ACE Exercise Physiologist) explains how to increase your earning potential and maximize your time using small group training. Learn specific strategies and techniques for designing small group training programs that allow you to maximize your earnings by training more people during the times when they are available. Enjoy the benefits of an ACE instructor in the comfort of your own home through this convenient recorded webinar.

Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to:

    • Identify optimal exercise formats for small group training programs.
    • Understand how to design and organize a progressively challenging small group training program.
    • Discuss the components and variables of exercise program design and how they apply to a small group training format.
    • Implement marketing strategies to attract clients to a small group training program.

I truly enjoyed Pete as a speaker; he did not just go off of the powerpoint like most webseminars do. He sounded like he wasn't looking at it at all, but was a good powerpoint to emphasize the main points. I learned alot that I will be incorporating in my gym that I manage asap. Time well spent.
