Lots of info and presenter knows the material, almost too well. I feel he goes beyond the basics into the technical at a level that, was for me, overwhelming. Perhaps this could be presented in two parts. Basic and advanced courses. (The information is fascinating and I will review for better retention.)

Great information- loved the detail and amount of science to back up why Exercise has anti-aging benefits. I took notes and paused when needed, so did not mind the rate of Pete's presentation. Thanks!
