I have been a Group Fitness Instructor since July 1993. I began with Lynne Brick, owner of Brick Bodies in Baltimore, Maryland. I currently work for Columbia Association for 21 years, specializing in group strength classes, cardio and toning Barre, and Aqua Arthritis. I have previously taught Les Mills Body Pump and Body Vive, and also certified in Body Flow.
