Jeff Groh is the owner of Authentic Motion in San Diego, California. He holds a B.S. in exercise science along with advanced certifications from ACE and ACSM. Jeff is also a fellow of Applied Functional Science (Gray Institute) and a continuing education provider for ACE, NASM and AFAA. Jeff blends his knowledge of functional biomechanics, practical experience and humor into his personal training practice and his professional workshop delivery. He is a master trainer for ACE, efi Sports Medicine and the lead program developer for the GRAVITY® Personal Training program.
