I firmly believe in the life-changing and positive effects of a healthy, active lifestyle. Through a devotion to fitness and healthful eating, I have not only altered my physical capabilities, I have also improved my mental capacity for relaxation and positivity. I'm healthier, happier, and much more of a badass than I was when I was 19. I look forward to working with clients of all shapes and sizes in order to design personalized and functional workout plans that allow fitness goals to be reached, and – with some additional sweat and focus – exceeded. I approach my work as a trainer with a perpetual curiosity, digging deeply into my own learning in order to find the most challenging, relevant, and effective workouts to maximize results for each of my clients.
