Hi, my name is Maria DeCesare. I am an ACE certified personal trainer with 15 years experience helping people improve their overall health and fitness and athletes improve sports performance. Since then, I have been working with clients in all age groups, youth to older adults. My method of training includes a variety of exercises designed for beginners to the more advanced. All training sessions include mobility and flexibility work, strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. My objectives are to create a safe and effective workout for each client's individual needs. Sessions are held in a private gym or online virtual training.
