About
I help people think and be healthy! I assess each client to determine how best to improve their overall health and fitness. I look at all of their current habits in every area of their life to aid them in reaching their fitness goals. I train clients either at their home, a park, or online through Skype and Duo and specialize in reshaping your body while building strength. I am also an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Sports Performance Specialist, Functional Training Specialist, and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist and have plenty of experience working with clients requiring training programs to work around any ailments or injuries. As a former Anatomy and Physiology teacher, I have always been fascinated with the human body and would love to share my knowledge with you! I also offer self-defense for both one-on-one and group settings. I am a black belt in jiu jitsu and I have been training and competing for the past 10 yrs. I have also been teaching fundamentals and mixed levels jiu jitsu classes. This martial art uses skills ideal for a smaller opponent against someone larger which is very beneficial for women.
