I have been into health and fitness my entire life. I played sports in school. My favorite sport is basketball which I played 2 years in college. I am working on my bachelors degree to be a dietitian. I also have an associates degree in Health Science. My goal for my clients is to work with them to achieve their fitness goals. In addition, I want my clients to make health and fitness their lifestyle. I would like my clients to feel more confident in themselves and feel that they can achieve their goals buy putting their mind and body up to the task.
