My name is Melissa Ranalli and I have been working in and around the fitness industry for the last decade. I started as a personal trainer in a small corporate wellness setting. During graduate school, I worked as a nutrition counselor and afterwards I managed the Fitness and Personal Training Departments for a large hospital-owned facility. After a relocation, I worked for the last several years as a personal trainer again, and also as a group exercise instructor.
