My name is Amber, I am a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Sports Conditioning Specialist, and a gymnastics coach. I have been teaching gymnastics since 2008, and more recently I have decided to share my fitness expertise with adults as well. After workouts, I like to ask clients which exercises they enjoy the most-- this allows me to personalize their workout to be the most enjoyable and effective for them. I look forward to coaching clients who are interested in feeling healthy, strong, and happy. Staying dedicated to your fitness plan can be very difficult, especially if you are performing the same exercises and beginning to become bored with your workouts. I enjoy creating unique workouts to make exercising fun!
