About
My passion for fitness started as a child playing football and basketball. It intensified while playing college athletics and lead me to a career I love. I've been training for over 10 years. I have worked with people post rehab, athletes for sports specific training, small groups and large groups. I also work with young children, senior citizens, pregnant women, the obese and people who just want to be healthier in general. I am easy to get along with and I love the opportunity to improve the lives of others.
