I have always been interested in the field of fitness and always wanted to become a personal trainer, not only to be able to positively effect one's life, but also learn what it takes to become part of a business, whether big or small. I started learning about the positive outcomes of exercise at a young age while lifting weights down the basement with my father who has always been a major role model to be both physically and mentally. I learned and acheived my certification due to his teachings and my own wishes to work with people and have a positive effect on the one's who wish to make fitness a lifestyle.
