Mary is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach. She also holds International Sports Science Association certifications in Fitness Training and Youth Training. She is committed to teaching her clients that sensible nutrition and daily physical activity is essential--- and achievable--- at any age. Mary believes the rewards of fitness are not measured on a scale, but rather by the energy and self-confidence clients attain as they work toward achieving their personal goals. Most important to Mary, is helping her clients apply their success at the gym to enhance the quality of their daily lives. She believes that when we are physically fit, there is no dressing room too intimidating to enter, no grocery bag too heavy to lift, no distance too far to walk. Fitness is empowering.
