Jaime has a broad range of programming expertise, ranging from working with the seasoned athlete for sports performance improvement, to working with those new to strength training. Her passion is hardstyle kettlebell training, and she loves to train beginners as well as advanced athletes. She also trains clients seeking major weight loss and health improvements, as well as younger clients seeking to enhance their sports performance. She's a firm believer that physical strength is the foundation to mental, emotional, and spiritual strength.
