My name is Jonathan Randall. I am a father of two boys and one girl and have been married for nine years to my wonderful wife Angelique. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and have been training for five years in various capacities in gyms and finally with my own business. I specialize in weight loss and resistance training including all fitness levels. I will come to your home and bring the equipment needed. I will also provide guidance and information on nutrition. The exercises sessions are $40 and they last one hour. I'm located in the East Valley in the Phoenix area. I am very passionate about personal training. I enjoy motivating my clients to make changes in their life and I am committed to helping them achieve their fitness goals and make health and fitness a lifestyle and not a quick fix. I have always been active in sports and fitness so I know the dedication and discipline it takes to get into peak physical condition and stay there.
