Hi there! I am a health and fitness expert in the areas of chiropractic and personal training! After more than 10 years of being a personal trainer and a chiropractor, I still learn new things everyday to help my current clients and future clients! I love my job, my clients and helping people understand that at any age, at any fitness level, and at any health level there is always something one can do to improve on it to help them lead a better quality of life. I am here to help you realize your goals for health and/or fitness in a way that works for you, the individual. I provide tips to allow you to achieve you goal at a pace that is comfortable for you and appropriate for your mind and body. Teaching you things you can do on an everyday basis which are small, but have a BIG impact overall, is what I believe I am very good at because I try to do those same things for myself.
