I am a registered yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience practicing yoga, holding ACE Group Fitness instructor, 200-hour RYT, and curvy yoga certifications. I currently teach Buti Yoga and DEEP by Buti. Buti is a fusion class, featuring power yoga, tribal dance, and conditioning work -- all set to an awesome playlist that changes every week! My focus is on student empowerment and ability to recognize their own strength and beauty. Our classroom community focuses on celebrating and supporting each other through every step of the journey.
