About

My name is Leah Quinn, I am a mother to four crazy kids (ages 1, 4, 6 and 8), a wife, a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. I am currently certified with the American Council of Exercise (ACE) for Personal Training, the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) for Group Exercise, Les Mills BODYPUMP and BARRE ABOVE. My goal is simple, I want to help YOU achieve your goals one workout at a time. Creating a better YOU! All you have to do is say YES! As a child, I stayed very active but as sports became a smaller part of my life I found it hard to maintain a healthy weight. I struggled to find a good, maintainable balance between diet and exercise; eating too little, exercising too much or vice versa. During my Freshman year in college I found the wonderful world of Group Fitness. That was when I realized that exercise doesn’t have to feel like work, it can be so much FUN! I was hooked on the feeling! I loved the feeling of satisfaction after a hard workout. I loved feeling stronger when I could add a little more weight. I loved losing weight and feeling good. From that point on I was determined not only to continue exercising but to help others reach their health and fitness goals too. Through the changes and challenges of life, work and kids, exercise is where I turn. It is the ultimate stress reliever and mood changer when life gets crazy! (Which it does.) It helps you get back to that pre-pregnancy weight and be able to chase after your kids. It helps you focus and have more energy to take on whatever life throws your way. Not to mention the countless health benefits including improved cardiovascular health, flexibility and mobility, lower cholesterol and blood pressure, and better zzzzz’s. You seriously can’t go wrong here! Let’s get started on a plan for you today.
