About
My name is Chris and I am 25 years old. A long term health and fitness enthusiast, I decided to commit myself to pushing past the myths and misinformation that showers the gym floor and instead find a means by which to push myself to learn and, in doing so, be able to quantify the knowledge and skill set that I had developed. Additionally, as a communication major at Villanova University, I found myself drawn to public speaking as well as interpersonal communication because, in short, I love talking to people. I enjoy getting to know people and take pride in my ability to help them reach their personal and fitness goals. I enjoy helping people advance in their training. Whether that means getting them in the gym for the first time, or helping someone dial in their training in the last few weeks before a competition or photo shoot. No matter what you do, the most important thing is that you improve! In addition to personal training I am a volunteer firefighter and part-time student. Because of this I recognize that the most important thing about adopting a healthier lifestyle is sustainability. I firmly believe that the best training program is the one that you can stick to.
