About
I began my fitness Journey when I was 20 years old, two years after giving birth to my first child. I was overweight, the last i remember weighing before I realized I needed to do something was 224lb. I decided I needed to do something. I realized I loved being active, I loved running and lifting weights and trying different forms of cardio. From this I decided I wanted to help others along their fitness journey. I became passionate about fitness and I want to share that passion. I am currently a Figure and Wellness Bodybuilding Competitor.
