Joanna Rabon is a lead barre instructor and teacher trainer for The Ballet Physique, where she teaches barre, cardio, and pilates-inspired mat classes. She enjoys ALL things fitness including CrossFit, rock climbing, and aerial arts. Joanna is a native of Colorado and has danced professionally with Royal Caribbean International, Nevada Ballet Theater, North Carolina Dance Theater, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and collaboratively with Cirque de Soleil.
