About
With a strong background in dancing and fierce passion for anything to do with physical exercise, I’ve been teaching different types of dance and fitness classes for nearly two decades now. Dancing is where it all started back in the naughties when I fell in love with Brazilian dance styles and the journey has taken me from Finland to Brazil, India, and everywhere in between. Now settled in Ireland, I have been teaching Zumba since 2010, found a love for running, completed Pilates and Group Fitness Instructor training. My classes are all about having fun while getting fit, and making a few friends while you’re at it! I love seeing my clients achieve their goals, with a smile on their face at the end of each class.
