About
I graduated as an optometrist back in 2013, and found myself searching for fitness support and motivation. I decided to try a new Beachbody workout, and fell in love with their workout programs. Soon after, I became a Beachbody coach to bring fitness and support to others. I have always had a passion for dance-based fitness, so I became certified in both CIZE Live and Country Heat Live Beachbody formats to bring these amazing workouts to the Vancouver and Portland areas. Since then I have created my own stretch & strengthen, kick-boxing, and strengthen & tone group workouts to cover days at a local gym. I realized that I enjoy teaching many forms of group exercise classes, not only dance-based. I look forward to bringing the CIZE and Country Heat pre-choreographed formats to more fitness facilities as well as other group fitness formats that I continue to learn.
