I am retired professional dancer, ACE group fitness and personal trainer and a certified pilates mat and apparatus instructor. As well as a certified Movement and Postural Analyst through Tom Myers and Anatomy Trains. I run two Pilates/Fitness studios, Island Pilates, on Deer Isle in Stonington, Maine and Scarborough Pilates in Scarborough Maine.
