I am a teacher turned personal trainer and I teach and coach my clients so that they can gain control of their own lives. I have been training clients since 1994 and have just turned 50! I offer personalized fitness in a private setting: either my studio in Fremont, Ca 94538 or your own home or work. My goal is to help you achieve optimal health. I incorporate a multi-disciplinary approah of corrective exercise, lifestyle and stress management coaching into the exercise program, which helps clients regain function, improve performance, and energy levels.
