Hello. My name is Randy Furnas and I would like to work with you to set and work towards your personal fitness goals. I am a certified personal trainer, registered yoga teacher and recently completed Stott Pilates training. I have over five years experience working with individuals and instructing small group classes. I enjoy working with all types of clients especially older adults who want to begin, resume or continue an active lifestyle. I offer in-home personal training and/or small group classes in my Coupeville studio.
