About Nerijus Bagdonas: I am a strength and conditioning coach, trainer, fitness model and the creator of the Train P3 Training Method. Train P3 is a multi modal, movement based, strength and conditioning method. I teach private, semi private and group training in Manhattan. My clientele include dancers, bodyweight athletes, or anyone interested in moving better, becoming more functional and developing a strong and athletic physique.
