I have worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years in the capacity of Health Club management, group fitness instructor and personal trainer. I have also guided multi-sport wilderness expeditions both within the US and internationally, participated in numerous adventure races and marathons and volunteer as an EMT-I on our local ambulance. I enjoy incorporating functional training components into my work with clients, specific to the individuals fitness level, sports of interest, any limitations, etc.
