About Tya Thompson: - Educate clientele about exercise, healthy eating and lifestyle habits to include but not limited to food energetics (nutrients found in foods and the conditions they benefit). Specialization in anabolism (as a former bodybuilder), anti-aging and fat loss. Healthy eating habits and adequate exercise form the foundation of a triad where the pinnacle is one's health. Program is comprehensive. Exercise training is a tactile experience and clients are counseled on form and proper execution of exercise. Body dimensions and body fat are measured, and programs are designed based on the individual needs and desires of clients. Act as small group leader, teaching group exercise to include strength moves, cardiovascular intervals, cardio kickboxing, and mainstream aerobics. In the near future, will be introducing a typified "baby boot camp" to new mothers or those with small children who wish to benefit from training in a group/structured setting. Accredited Continuing Education Credits include: Weight Control & Eating Disorders, Alternative & Complementary Nutrition Therapy, Herbal Supplements, Osteoporosis Prevention & Treatment, and college coursework in Anatomy and Physiology I & II.
