The idea of leading a healthy lifestyle was first introduced to Chris at a young age, when his father brought him to the gym for the first time. That experience ignited a lifelong passion for fitness Chris has maintained since that time. In high school, he took up wrestling and jujitsu, which he remains active in today. In his capacity at ACE, Chris helps aspiring health and fitness professionals prepare for their certification exams by mentoring them on study strategies and providing confidence they need to stick to their plan of starting a new career. A competitive martial artist, Chris holds all four ACE certifications accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). He takes great pride in sharing his enthusiasm for health and fitness with others, including his clients and his children.
"I always think of clients as big puzzles."
