Rise in Obesity a Boon for Fitness Industry

 

With two of three American adults classified as either overweight or obese, more people than ever are turning to fitness professionals for help losing weight. CBS Nightly News recently covered the issue by highlighting the work ACE-certified Personal Trainer Cris Dobrosielski has been doing with client Ryan Harbrecht.

ACE Chief Science Officer Dr. Cedric Bryant also weighed in on how the trend of increasing waistlines has led many people to turn to personal trainers, group fitness instructors and health coaches for help getting fit.
