ACE Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Health Coach

BOULDER, CO

Named the 2013 IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year and the 2006 ACE Instructor of the Year, Shannon Fable is the founder and CEO of Sunshine Fitness Resources, a consulting firm for aspiring educators, manufacturers and managers. She also owns Balletone®, a ballet-inspired fitness programming company, and GroupEx PRO™, a communication portal for group fitness programs. As a 16-year industry veteran, Shannon consults professionals on a wide variety of subjects including career development as a Book Yourself Solid® Coach. She also serves as an international presenter, program developer and Master Trainer for Schwinn, ACE and BOSU®. Shannon is busy improving the self esteem of the world as the director of exercise programming for Anytime Fitness LLC. She holds ACE Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Health Coach certifications, as well as AFAA national certifications.
