A long-time proponent of fitness, Leah Okner serves as the wellness manager for Franciscan Omni Health and Fitness in Indiana. Prior to joining the organization, Leah worked as assistant director for fitness and wellness at the University of Georgia, where she managed the personal training and group fitness department for recreational sports. Prior to that role, she worked in a contractor position as a Navy SHAPE Fitness Specialist through Indiana University. Leah oversaw the Navy SHAPE Program in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, and on Naval Base San Diego, California, where she worked with and collected research on 40-to 60-year-old active duty service members.
