American Council on Exercise (ACE) Names Eastern Regional Manager

SAN DIEGO—Brett Schuchat has been named as the eastern regional manager for the American Council on Exercise (ACE), announced Scott Goudeseune, ACE’s vice president of sales and business development.

Schuchat, who is based in Tampa, Fla., joins the San Diego-based nonprofit organization with extensive sales experience in the manufacturing side of the fitness industry. During his career, he has worked with Ezone, Netpulse, CCS Fitness and Cybex.

Schuchat was part of the original management team that launched CCS Fitness in the early 1990s. Prior to that, he worked for eight years as a territorial regional manager at Cybex where he was named sales representative of the year three times. In addition, he has seven years of experience working within the health club industry as a fitness professional, supervisor and sales manager.

Brett Schuchat is helping ACE build its service base across the country, said Goudeseune. Our relationships with individual fitness professionals, health clubs and industry organizations are growing at such a rate, that we need a team of professionals to help meet their needs.”
