Description
ABsolute Pilates is the STOTT PILATES® Licensed Training Center for the Carolinas, home of CORE BARRE™ and a training center of GYROTONIC® Certification Courses. We are devoted to fitness through consciousness of movement and form. We believe in using these and other highly respected methods to develop specific programs that meet individual conditioning goals.
We focus on promoting functional movement through the STOTT PILATES® method, GYROTONIC®, CORE BARRE™, ART® (Active Release Techniques®) and AIS (Active Isolated Stretching). We offer private and group STOTT PILATES® and GYROTONIC® equipment sessions. In addition we offer group classes from the CORE BARRE™ system of SMART MOVEMENT® as well as TRX®. Our teaching specialties include Pre and Post-Natal clients, breast cancer rehabilitation as well as sport specific training. We welcome post rehab clients, elite athletes and everyone in between to experience intelligent movement through effective and mindful exercise.
