YOGA BUTT

YogaButt™ is a hybrid fitness program that focuses on developing muscular strength and endurance throughout the body, focusing on the core stabilizing muscles (abdominal and back muscle groups), and additional muscle groups surrounding and assisting the midsection (glutes, hamstrings, adductors, abductors, quadriceps, and many upper body muscles). Core center strength is the foundation of a complete yoga practice, as well as deep breathing, and clearing the mind. Using a small, compressible rubber YogaButt™ ball placed between the legs, specific YogaFit postures are performed in a brand new way, to assure certain muscles are isolated and strengthened. Additionally, the traditional YogaFit postures are strung together using athletic, active, and flowing sequences and extra fitness movements, such as squats, push-ups, and lunges are added to the format for greater overall body conditioning.
