THE ART OF TEACHING YOGA PART 2

In order to put together a series of yoga poses that fit the needs of members, it's important to design a series that balances yin and yang. Using basic sequences as building blocks, instructors can craft a yoga routine that works for a variety of ability levels. The heart of any yoga practice is the coaching and performance of yoga positions (asanas), each of which has specific physical and mental benefits.
