FUNCTIONAL TRAINING CLINIC

So often we are told to include functional training in our clients workouts. Implying that simple isolation exercises are evil and must be removed. This course observes both methods of training and gives insight as to when an individual may be ready to perform more complex training movements. There is a right time, volume and reason to include more complex or unconventional movements in a client’s routine. There is also a wrong time, volume and reason to do the same. This course will help the trainer or group fitness instructor know the difference. It will also be a time to learn and review some very fundamental functional training movements.
