This course is appropriate for fitness professionals who have limited exposure to KB’s (or who have never used them before) and wish to acquire a solid applicable foundation for KB group exercise training and supporting theory behind why and how KB’s are unique from traditional free weights & Rubber resistance. Additionally, the course will provide each KBC instructor candidate with the practical knowledge to effectively integrate KB training into a comprehensive group fitness program and/or semi-private program. At the end of this course, students will also have a firm understanding of how to implement KB’s safely and effectively in a group setting.
