Core in Motion is a conditioning technique that focuses on achieving quality of movement through integrating multi-planar motion with controlled neural movement patterns. Conditioning for a particular physical activity causes very specific physiological changes in the body, and the changes required for one activity are not the same as those required for another. The exercise sequences in this workshop are designed to train the body progressively by fortifying muscular endurance and control of balance during multi-joint movement patterns, develop ease of movement with stability around the joints, and increase flexibility. Format includes standing exercises, floor work and basic movements across the floor / requires mats or towels.
