Purpose of the Course
Students will build on their outdoor fitness instructional skills with training techniques and curriculum based on safety, exercise effectiveness, time efficiency and enjoyment; and designed for urban, rural, mountain and beach environments.
Interactive w/s teaching instructors functional outdoor programs & formats designed to improve muscular strength & endurance, cardio conditioning, balance, agility, coordination, mental focus & environmental integration. Study proper form, alignment, biomechanics, & execution of mvmt.
Certificate of Completion
Upon completion of this 2-day/16 hour intensified workshop, instructors will obtain a “Certificate of Completion” in the Outdoor Action Fitness—Level II Workshop.
Outdoor Action Fitness Workshop for Fitness Instructors—Level II:
The tuition cost includes a 100-page manual with theory, scouting techniques, legal and liability issues, exercises, exercise modifications, program design, workouts, session formats, along with corresponding handouts. This course incorporates hands-on training, with practical skill development.
