This course will teach the basic musculoskeletal anatomy using the anatomy in clay system. We will review the structure and function of the primary tissues of the system, including bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and cartilage. We will also review structure and action for promary joints, as well as origin, insertion and action of the primary muscles involved in movement. You will leave with a deeper understanding of the functioning of the body through building the muscles in clay on a skeleton. Balanced Body is continually adding new courses.
