Introduction to Kangoo Power

This course teaches plytometric techniques to Instructors using Kangoo Jumps Boots in a group exercise format using music. Please see www.kangoojumps.com for product info. This course highlights interval training, and introduces 3 levels of intensity for our groups fitness application using Kangoo Jumps. It contains a theoretical overview of the energy systems and the mechanics of plyometric training as pertains to the propulsion tecjniques available with the proper use of Kangoo Jump Boots. Practical application drills include, but are not limited to finding the master beat, illustrating intensity changes for the multilevel class, combination building, and effective cueing. Boot trouble shooting and safety are stress throughout.
