While it is clear that Incline Training, functional resistance training and whole body vibration can offer many benefits to your clients, the key is in bringing it all together. MC2 includes exercise sequences designed to maximize muscle activation, caloric expenditure, fat utilization and recovery. Through the use of all three of these modalities, training efficiency and effectiveness is significantly enhanced. MC2 was developed through a process of metabolic and EMG testing to determine optimal exercise and recovery sequencing. This protocol was established based on the goal to complete a total-body workout in an efficient time with maximum caloric expenditure.
